Doncaster Van Centre remains as an essential services provider, remaining open to meet critical transportation and personal mobility needs for those essential journeys. We’re here to serve those who need a vehicle and to help frontline responders including, healthcare professionals, NHS staff, military and local government bodies to continue to move goods and services during this global health crisis.
While we do remain open, employee and customer safety will continue to be our main priority. Whether you are picking your van up kerbside, or if we deliver it to your home or workplace, we will maintain proper distance throughout the process.

Now more than ever, as we live in a global pandemic, our customers and employees deserve to know we stand behind that commitment, and we also pledge to go above and beyond on our already rigorous cleaning protocols, including the strict social distancing while on site.
Clean vehicles have always been important to us, but at this moment in time, we know vehicle cleanliness is even more critical in this pandemic. Which is why our vans and cars is thoroughly cleaned between every rental. This includes the following:

Measures will also be in place to immediately isolate and quarantine any van if needed, when they’ve been into contact with a coronavirus infected person.
Essential Measures for Essential workers
We are also limiting our physical and van hire service to just ‘essential journeys’ only. However, you may still reserve and hire a van via online or through our social media pages to help avoid unnecessary contact.
Doncaster Van Centre is committed to providing a safe work environment during this challenging time and continues to monitor the situation, implementing additional safety measures as needed.
In addition to our branch employees, we also have remote customer service staff working from their own home to answer your questions and help you arrange or change reservations.
